Big's Lego House brings the Lego Brick Classic Toy Scale to the Architectural Scale

Lego House is an important step towards the city's goal of building an architectural landmark along with LEGO fans of all ages and making Billund Capital for children. Construction of the 12,000 M 2 Lego House began in 2014, the old City Hall building was replaced with the support of three generations of the Lego family and the mayor of Billund City, IB Kristensen.

After the construction of four years, 'Lego House', designed by Bjarke Ingels, has opened its door for the public. Located in the Danish city of Billund, where the first brick was invented for the first time, the institution was considered as the center of immersive experiences, including the attraction of payment and the open areas for the public. Every year, around 2,500 visitors are expected to attract around 250,000 guests every year on the campus.

Even the entrance steps i.e. to reach the plinth level an interesting sitting place is designed, increasing in height in a diagonal manner

Due to its central location in the heart of Billund, the 23-meter-high Lego House is considered the center of urban space and experience. 21 exaggerated blocks are placed as separate buildings, which make 2,000 m 2 lego squares, which are published through cracks and spaces between the quantities.

Lego class receives the energy of urban shape, which welcomes visitors to local people and cafeteria, restaurants, Lego stores, and conference facilities. On the square, a group of galleries is susceptible to the continuous sequence of the exhibition.

Each gallery is color-coded in the primary colors of Lego so that through a spectrum of orientation the spectrum of colors becomes a voyage.

Through systematic creativity, children of all ages have the tools to create their own world and live them through the game. Best, LEGO architecture and games are this, it allows people to imagine a new world that is more exciting and expressive than the situation, and provides skills to make them true. This is what kids do every day with Lego bricks, and this is what we have done in Lego House with real bricks, Billund has to take a step closer to becoming a capital for children.

All the activities of the house belong to our Lego philosophy, which learns through games promotes innovation and creativity. The game runs through the DNA of the Lego Group and is actually brought to life in Lego House. The experience of our restaurant concepts and everything from the areas of outdoor areas is based on game and creativity, so no matter what you do in Lego House, it has to do with the game.

The Plaza looks like an urban cave in which there is no visible column and public access, allowing Billund's visitors and citizens to cut through the building.

Talking about the upper floors and the color code:-

The first and second levels include four color-organized areas of activity and in some areas are programmed to represent children's activities: red is creative, blue is awareness, green is social, and yellow mood. Guests of all ages can have an immersive interactive experience. Their imagination can be expressed and at least be challenged by other builders from around the world. The upper part of the building was crowned by the masterpiece gallery and tribute was paid to Lego fans by offering tribute Lego fans.

The masterpieces gallery is made of the famous 2x4 Lego bricks and looks from eight circular cut-off artworks that look like bricks. Like golden proportion, a brick proportion is surrounded by the geography of every human being in the building and is used for the stages and the walls of the wall with bright tiles. Above the masterpieces gallery, citizens and tourists may enjoy the city's 360-degree aerial view. You can reach the ceiling through public stairs, which are pixels in the form of an informal audit where people see the exhibition.
