The Phoenix - The Futuristic Memorial Jayalalithaa's Memory

A memorial has been designed for the late Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa. The memorial is designed in such a way that it has a Wing shaped edifice with two lions at the entrance.

Phoenix is a symbol of the resurrection of his power that arises when we write the name of Selvi. Jayalalitha is a reflection of the inner being and the personality.

The majestic wings of Phoenix have been represented in such a way that Phoenix will land on his next trip and also acts as a protective cover for those who seek him out as a mother.

This proposed structure is ready to go behind the monument to former Chief Minister MG Ramachandran and there is an ambitious design in the mind of the state government.

The cost of the project is estimated at 50.8 crore rupees.

ABOUT MUSEUM : 

Located in North AISle of Phoenix, the museum is a place that invites people of any caste or religious difference, which takes them through the historical journey of Amma's life, which will be available for their political age, achievements and various plans for them, shows the main characteristics of  People. It also contains wax models of the real-life events of her life. Anyone can get a clear picture of their life as a trip through the museum.

Located in Phoenix's South Aisle, the Knowledge Center teaches the above ideas by facilitating the sharing of knowledge by conducting events for women's development, youth development, and public reception programs.

Amma always has firm thoughts to welcome her thoughts and status, through progressive ideas.

Located in the eastern part of Phoenix, the cultural region loves Tamil culture and its development, which establishes and improves relations and cultural activities.

15 meters high, 30.5 meters long, and 43-meter wide structure will come with a polyurethane coating and glass panels.

THINGS / FEATURES INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN :

1. THE MODERN DRAVIDIAN WORKS, SCULPTURES, FRESH, PILLARS, AND MURALS ARE DELIVERED IN THE DESIGN.
2. THE POOL OF REFLECTION WITH WATER CASCADES AND SOURCES FOR SOOTHEN TEMPERATURE.
3. THE PAVILIONS& KIOSKS INCORPORATED WITH LANDSCAPE TO PROVIDE SHADE FOR THE PEOPLE.
4. VARIETY OF GARDENS AND SPECIAL GARDENS USED FOR PEOPLE TO REMEMBER THEIR UNIQUE CHARACTER AND THEIR PERSONALITY OF LOVE AND LOVE.

The complex distributed on 9.09 acres will be renovated with four pavilions on the granite path.

A covered 110m long trail at the entrance will have solar panels to generate energy.
